The VADO one way© Data Diode is an efficient secure system designed for high security transfer of data between networks. The VADO one way© is a fiber optic based channel allowing unidirectional transfer of data. 

The use of an optical channel as opposed to using a galvanized channel (regular network cable) insures information flows one way at all times with no ability to change the direction.

No hacker can change the VADO one way© direction since the security is based on layer 1 – the physical layer. The use of a physical security measure to transfer data between networks makes it impossible for anyone to move data in a reversed path.

The system topology requires a connection to each of the networks. Data is then transferred between networks either on a stream base or a file base transfer.
